The Direct Collateral Investment Model (DCIM) Strategy and all associated content, materials, structures, and terminology are the intellectual property of the strategy owner. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any material presented is strictly prohibited without a valid licensing agreement.

You may not use any training material to create derivative strategies, educational products, investor presentations, or financial services offerings based on DCIM without written authorization.

Certain components of the strategy are protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a $750 trade secret access fee. Accessing protected material without consent or misrepresenting the strategy in any form constitutes a violation of trade secret protections and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The DCIM Strategy is not a financial product, investment vehicle, platform, or pooled fund. It is a licensed strategy framework used independently by private investors at their own discretion and risk. No securities are being offered or sold.

The strategy owner does not manage funds, solicit capital, offer investment returns, or act as a fiduciary in any investor-borrower relationship. All implementation decisions are made solely by the licensee or user.

Engagement with DCIM materials does not create any partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between the user and the strategy owner.

Any attempt to reverse engineer, publicly disclose, or replicate the Protected Value Asset (PVA) structure or related components without explicit licensing and NDA authorization is a breach of contract and intellectual property law.

Users granted NDA-level access may not disclose, share, or redistribute confidential materials in any format. Legal remedies will be pursued in response to violations.

All information is provided "as-is" without any guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. By engaging with the DCIM Strategy materials, you agree that the strategy owner shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, losses, or damages arising from the use or misinterpretation of this content.

Any personal information you provide (e.g., name, email) will only be used to send you training access, strategy updates, and related communication. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to strategy operations, legal frameworks, or user interactions. Continued use of DCIM materials after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
